Me. Eric Ramos

Eric Ramos (He/Him)

I am a tenure track assistant professor at the Stevens Institute of Technology. Previously, I was an an assistant professor at Bowdoin College, an NSF Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Michigan, as well as an NSF and Paul Olum Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Oregon . I am currently supported by the NSF grant DMS-2137628. In the past, I was supported by NSF Grant DMS-1704811.

Math

  • My current research focus lies at the intersection of algebra, combinatorics, topology, and computation. I am always interested when deep theory and ad hoc methods can reduce infinite problems to finite ones, which can be resolved with computer algebra systems.
